SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
The terms of Delivery Policy must be understood. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, to be bound by the terms contained herein.
Team Finstoff is committed to deliver all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 5 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. Finstoff Apparels LLP makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
Delivery Charge
Finstoff has a non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 200/kg per order. All online orders carry a INR 200 shipping charge. The prices are all inclusive of taxes. Finstoff partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from Finstoff, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. Finstoff shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. FG may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners.
Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Finstoff shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.
COD/ Prepaid
While FG aims to provide its services through online orders and ensure the delivery of its Product(s) all across India, currently, we are not providing COD (cash on delivery) facility to any of our customers in India and all the transactions will be undertake on prepaid mode. Finstoff has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for purchase of Product(s), customers are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their area. If the area where the user wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within delivery network recognized by the Logistics Partner(s) of Finstoff, Finstoff will not be able to process the order further. Order Delivery Timelines
Usually, orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 days of the customer placing the order. However, in line with Govt. Guidelines for your state, delays might be experienced under certain circumstances. Upon the successful placing of an order and after Finstoff has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the end user will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. The user may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on ‘My orders’ section of Finstoff website.
Ordinarily, Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days across India. A maximum of 2 (two) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the end user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 2 (two) attempts, Finstoff reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While Finstoff shall make reasonable endeavor’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of
Unsuitable weather conditions;
Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
Other unforeseen circumstances.
In such events of delay, Finstoff shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the end user by writing to end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, Finstoff shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.
Return and exchange of purchased Product(s) shall be carried out by Finstoff reverse-logistics partners, which are separate and distinct from Finstoff. Please note that Finstoff shall not be liable for any act(s) and/or omission(s) of such reverse logistics partners. Further details on how end users may process returns and exchanges of purchased Products have been set out under the Return and Refund Policy in this website.
What if I have received the product in damaged condition?
If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Please notify us immediately on consumer email mentioned in About Us section mentioning the Order ID. Post validation Finstoff will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional charges.
Refunds /Returns/ Exchange/ Cancellation/ Shipping Costs Policy
The table below describes the refund /return/exchange/cancellation policy, subject to the main Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, for use of this website for services provided by Finstoff. Customers are advised to go through the Terms and Conditions on website terms and condition section.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS – RETURNS & EXCHANGE APPLICABLE CONDITIONS
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES
Returns can be made within 5 days from the date of delivery for all online orders, provided the tags are intact and the product is unused and Refund can be exercised accordingly after deduction of delivery and shipping charges for items delivered and picked from customers addresses. Please note, No exchanges can be done for size or colour change issues. In such cases customers can return the product and exercise refund option with delivery and shipping charges applicable for each sent item and received item to and from customer.
MISSING ITEMS
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if any item is missing from their order. To process the claim, an unboxing video of the order must be provided, along with clear images of all received items.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.
ALTERED PRODUCTS
No refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order twice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 200/kg paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.
NO EXCHANGE
Our company follows No Exchange policy to avoid customer and company confusion.However, in such cases customers can opt for return and refund option to ease the process. The customer will be responsible for the reverse pickup and delivery costs, which amount to INR 200/ kg.

For hygiene reasons, face masks are non-returnable.

The ultimate authority to ship goods to customer rests in the hand of the company’s management team. The management may at any point if it deems fit, red flag or blacklist a customer and deny shipping goods to them. The management may also give a refund instead of store credits to such a red flagged/blacklisted customer. The circumstances under which a customer may be red-flagged/ blacklisted is based at the company’s discretion.

Finstoff shall notify you promptly of such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to your foregoing obligations, you agree to provide Finstoff with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage or cost.

Termination

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Force Majeure: Finstoff Apparels LLP will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.
Effect of Waiver: The failure of Finstoff Apparels LLP to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
Cessation of Operation: Finstoff Apparels LLP may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website and distribution of the Products.
Severability: In the event that any term, condition or provision of this Agreement is held to be a violation of any applicable law, statute or regulation the same shall be deemed to be deleted from this Agreement and shall be of no force and effect and this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as if such term, condition or provision had not originally been contained in this Agreement.
